On the 1st of January, began a new real-life series: ‘Beachflirt – Starbeach Behind The Scenes’. This 8 part documentary tells the story behind the scenes of one of Europe’s biggest party destinations: Starbeach, in Hersonissos, Greece.

Every episode shows a different part of Starbeach: from the ticket-sellers to the superstar DJ’s like Quintino, Hardwell and Afrojack who call Starbeach home.

The Greece, in which the stories take place, is a Greece divided by chaos and unrest. Strikes, bomb threats and other violence aren’t an uncommon sight and are a part of the everyday life.

The series is brought to life by four Dutch filmstudents. The boys spent an entire month behind the scenes in Hersonissos, filming everything they saw. They did so with no budget, no sponsors,
no plan and no rules.

“Beachflirt” is one of the first series which is exclusively made for the internet. A different episode will air weekly from the Beachflirt You Tube channel: http://youtube.com/beachflirttv
