Problem occurred with my newly bought 2 weeks Toshiba Regza 40″ LCD TV. I was watching BBC Knowledge the day before and everything was smooth, until i came home last evening, turned on and it just WTF WTH feeling! Frustrated! Haha. Been searching and googling for solutions but none help at all, the last solution is to send an email to Toshiba through their website.

Tried disconnect the power supply cable for 24 hours, no help.

The next day, I received a call from Toshiba customer service, a girl with sweet voice, ‘Hello…blah blah blah”. She asked some questions and took my details, probably she said will send technicians to my house. No idea if they will check or fix? Check if there’s big problem, then i guess they’ll gonna take it back to service centre? Then i won’t be watching TV for weeks? i’m gonna be bored!
