Knatz has been in the Bangkok scene for 10 years. He first stared DJing in 1999, when he got his first turntables in Melbourne. In 2002, he stared spinning hip hop all over Bangkok. During that time he always played alongside with Bangkok pioneer DJ crew ‘the beat lounge’ (spydamonkeyz and jedie)

In 2006, during the peak of the hip hop scene in Bangkok and every DJ & club was playing the same music, at this point Knatz took a step forward to something new and fresh. He joined Dudesweet, the biggest Indy rock club night in Bangkok. This is where Knatz got all his new influence and discovered a new sound for Bangkok. Knatz is the first DJ in Bangkok to mix hip hop, Baltimore club, Indy rock and electro together so seamlessly. 

Since 2008 he's been on top of his game, he's travelled all around Asia and played in numerous festivals. He also played alongside many of the world’s top DJs including Steve Aoki Diplo, Boys Noize, Brodinski, and many more.

In 2009, he was awarded Bangkok's Favourite DJ by Smirnoff and was a main act for 'we own the night' party. Since 2011 he's got a foothold on Bangkok and currently holds a residency Bed Supperclub and Qbar Bangkok
