As a passionate lover of R&B and Electro music, DJ Kenji began his study in the art of mixing under DJ Classick in the Goldsounds DJ Division. Fueled by his love for music and pounding clubsounds, he eagerly learnt to hone his skills as a maestro of the decks in mere weeks. Heavily influenced by the styles of local hero DJ Goldfish, Kenji practices hard to achieve his dreams of being a very musically inclined DJ.

With an arsenal of chart topping R&B, dirty electro sounds as well as dutch, DJ Kenji is more than equipped to showcase his talents on progressively bigger stages. He received his first opportunity to perform live at VR1 alongside DJ Musher where he didn't fail to shine and pleased the eager crowd who were enthralled by his consistently rhytmic mixing. With the love for music ever present in every aspect of his life, DJ Kenji builds his day around his passion. Punctual training schedules and hard practice continues to be his daily routine, and it wasn't long before his organized and flowing style of music caught the attention of his peers as well as mentors.

Influenced by a wide variety of contemporary artists and producers such as Afrojack, Far East Movement, Chuckie, DJ Kenji enjoys listening to fresh and innovative sounds to improve his collection of music. Do not be surprised if you hear completely different remixes of existing pop chart music in his lively sets.

As a DJ, Kenji is as yet a fresh talent waiting to be discovered. He is eagerly looking forward to share his newly found sound to the rest of the world.
