The restaurant makes it all the more special by enabling you to pick your choice of noodles, sauces and ingredients. 

For noodle varieties, there are yellow noodle, flat rice noodle, rice vermicelli or “mee hoon”, Hong Kong “wantan” noodle, yellow thick noodle, green tea soba noodle and Japanese glass noodle.  Make your pick from the wide assortment of condiments as well. Chicken, prawn, squid, fish cake, egg, Chinese flowering cabbage or “choy sum”, bean sprout, spring onion, chilli, and numerous types of flavourings add just the right accompaniment for a bowl of wholesome noodles to be savoured. 

The noodles and condiments can be topped off by a range of sauces. Give in to your hankering for the classic and tantalising Chinese Oyster Gravy with Egg Drop which incorporates the delicate technique of stirring eggs gradually into oyster broth.  Or else, the flavourful aroma of Chinese Chicken Broth is equally irresistible. For a novel change, try the Japanese Bonito Stock; the quintessential stock that forms the basis for a wide variety of Japanese cuisine. Derived from bonito fish, the stock provides depth of flavour to any noodle dish.

The Mild Spiced Sweet Potato Gravy embodies a perfect harmony of sweetness and the tingling spiciness of chilli combined with sweet potato. Miso Broth also makes a delightful appearance in the buffet line-up. The highly nutritious broth is known to strengthen the blood and provide a balance of essential nutrients to the body. Alternatively, satisfy those tangy cravings with servings of Assam Laksa Gravy or the mouth-watering Spicy Prawn Broth which further make for a scrumptiously fulfilling meal.
