Mike Jolly's label 9th floor recordings will be launching in Asia before the end of this year, and globally on 9th January 2009. The first release will be a track that I have produced featuring the vocals of Malaysian Starlet, Hannah Tan.

Embarking on a list of DJ dates around Asia starting officially on Fri 10th October 2008 at TSB in Bangsar, 17th Oct at Heritage Mansion, 24th Oct at twentyone, and 31st October at Werner's. Mike will travel to Singapore and London in November and Thailand in December, but further KL gigs, to be announced & will be added. The official launch on 9/1/09 will be at a venue TBA...A special preview gig is taking place on Saturday 13th September at twentyone.

Mike's label will be the first of hopefully many under the umbrella of his company SP Music Pte Ltd that is incorporated in Singapore. Aiming with 9th floor, is to discover, nurture and produce talented regionally based artists and promote them onto the international scene, something which he know regional artists have to date found difficult. The musical genre is commercial house.

Mike hope to be able to use his 13 years plus experience in the music business which has included involvement with leading labels like London Records/Manifesto. EMI/Positiva, MCA/Soundproof, Sony s3, V2, Gut Records to name but a few, and his 23 years corporate business experience, for the benefit of these artists.
