@LIVE (pronounced “at live” or “alive”) is the newest dance club hotspot at Sunway Pyramid’s Oasis Boulevard strip. The boulevard is already known as a throbbing hub where some of the most exciting action is seen and heard–with eateries, bars and clubs completing the holy trinity of F&B venues. However, spaces fashioned exclusively for onstage club dance performances have never been seen before. @LIVE is set to change all that by being the first of its kind in Malaysia to provide unparalleled English (E-pop), Mandarin (M-pop) and Korean (K-pop) live dance club shows.

Not just any ordinary club or live music venue, @LIVE combines a one-of-a-kind bar dining and drinking experience with powerhouse stage performances. Taking cues from the booming live music scene and cultural verve of Asia’s finest, dynamic pop personalities and entertainers will be flown in from all around the region, and featured regularly in @LIVE’s expansive 7,000 square-foot space.

Broken down into three distinct sections–the Alfresco Terrace, the Grill Bar and The Live Room–@LIVE’s design aesthetic boasts traditional and modern sensibilities at its core. Drawing inspiration from the proverbial Izakaya bars of Japan, the live dance club venue throws in a bold twist with the use of modern architecture and its signature LED light frames prevailing all around. Wooden floors and contemporary furniture complement the entire space while cutting edge audio and visual LED effects transpire to create a sensory masterpiece, completing this RM2.5 million undertaking.

@LIVE endeavours to be a thriving venue for urbanly hip, discerning partygoers that expect only the best elements to fuel their nocturnal agenda–whether it’s in food, drink, live entertainment or dancing. Chill outdoors at the Alfresco Terrace at sundown with a drink or two, or park yourself inside The Live Room to catch an eyeful of spectacular shows. Feeling hungry? Then head to the Grill Bar for some of the best eats as you watch skilled chefs prepare perfectly grilled morsels on skewers at the Grilling Counter, which remains open up to the wee hours of the morning. Or take your pick from the excellent Chinese and Japanese fusion menu, where everything is prepared fresh from the kitchen from delicious fried chicken to crispy unagi tempura–all at a reasonable price. Happy Hours give you more reason to linger, with local and imported beverages going at a steal from 5pm to 9pm daily.

Back at The Live Room, things get a bit more hot and heavy with stylised fanfare and big-scale shows stirring up exhilarating vibes every night. A full ensemble cast of the freshest local and regional talent takes up residence on the main stage, complete with dazzling wardrobe and expert choreography for a slew of shows you won’t easily forget. Your nights out will never be the same again as @LIVE promises stunning concert-style performances to give your senses a workout. Meanwhile, accomplished resident DJs fill the gaps in between to ensure the partying continues throughout the night with the slickest pop and dance cuts from the decks.

Regular themed nights also mean there’s never a dull moment at @LIVE. Sunday through Tuesday provides you with the best of E-pop, M-pop and K-pop performances while Ladies’ Night on Wednesdays means there’s eye candy for the girls with plenty of male dancers executing body-popping moves and a DJ turning up the heat onstage. On the weekends, E-pop and K-pop go head to head with sprightly entertainers fuelling the creative fire at @LIVE to the hottest club hits.
