Bandar Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia, 19 August 2008… Australian DJ Tom Piper gets set to electrify the dance floors of EUPHORIA by Ministry of Sound @ Sunway Lagoon Resort in a one-night only event in conjunction with Tuborg Green Beat on 22 August 2008.

Known for his hypnotic sets, Tom Piper's sheer energy, seamless mixing, unique track selection, samples, cuts and DJ tricks have rendered him the A-list of Sydney's clubbing. His exclusive remixes, bootlegs and originals coupled with an instinctive ability to move the crowd, provide clubbers a unique experience each time he performs.

A well-crafted musician, Piper's musical versatility is attributed to his diverse love for different types of music. With six (6) recent tracks and remixes on the Australian Record Industry Association (ARIA) club chart, a new mix album, tracks on various Ministry Of Sound CDs and music label bambamMuzik, in his repertoire, Tom Piper has indeed carved a name for himself since his exposure to DJ-ing began in the late 90's. Getting his start by playing at raves, local bars and clubs around Sydney, Piper began making waves with his back-to-back sets alongside rave veteran, GeeWiz, at some of Sydney's biggest underground dance parties. He eventually went on to complete a Bachelor of Contemporary Music which further refined his skills and laid his foundation in production.

Merging his passion for music with the knowledge of production, Piper began creating a collection of international compilations, countless vinyl releases of original and remix works as well as music for TV shows such as "Big Brother" and the ARIA Awards. Point'n'Clap, a project of Piper and childhood friend, Elroy, became an almost instant hit and gained international recognition. Piper can now be seen doing solo sets and performing with Elroy as "The Jump Off" all over Sydney and at guest spots around Australia and South East Asia have showcased.
