What is Choons Awards?

First and prestigious dance music award to be held in Malaysia!

The annual awards specifies and contributes to song writer, producer, composer & DJ or any person who construct tunes for years but yet to expose in infinitesimal industry. With this award, we ensure that the local production to aim high and to encourage more talents to step in to studio work and putting Malaysia into international circuit.

Choons Awards will be releasing an album for the top 12 tracks from the composers as an appreciation of the compositions of local talents. The album will be mastered in UK.

Choons Awards 2009 will be held in mid year. Workshop of Ableton LIVE, Traktor Scratch Pro LIVE,etc & Party through out the whole day & night! Venue, Judges, Acts, list of Performers & Artists will be announced soon.

And now, calling song writers, producers, composers & DJs:-

Choons Awards will be releasing an album for the top 12 tracks from the composers. The album will be mastered in UK. 

All you have to do is to submit your track (Project File & WAV format) as below:

“The Composer shall warrant that the said compositions are original works.”

Music genre that you can choose for your tracks:

Any type of House / Breakbeat / Drum ‘n’ Bass / Triphop / Funk / Hiphop

Closing entry on 6th March2009 and Track should submit to:
