Originating from the early 20th century, “Bauhaus” was a name associated with a German art and design school famous for its avant-garde and individualistic artistic philosophies. The tie between the company and the school lies in the fact that both are unconventional and avant-garde. Needless to say, this also explain why the founder chose the name “Bauhaus” as it represents continual creativity while focusing on originality and functionality.

Holding forth the above philosophy, Bauhaus creates each item, from the selection of material, color, style and functionality, with extreme care, adding on unique design features and different colors and materials to reflect the unique sensitivity of each brand while addressing market needs. This originality and creativity reflects precise judgment and keen market sense.
